Brasov

We have been in Brasov for a week. The plane journey from London to Bucharest was good and quite easy for Maria, but the temperature at landing was 35 degrees C and Maria had a hard time adapting to the very hot weather. We finally made it home to Brasov in the evening and were very welcomed. All my family was very happy to meet Maria.

We visited Brasov and took some pictures of my beautiful home city.

Spring time

Sorry for missing a whole month of blogging. We'll try to catch up. I thought I would write a few updates before our trip to Romania, which is coming soon.

April was a good month for us, with Maria finally gaining more weight due to her first solid food. She is not fussy at all, eating pretty much everything. It's been a month now since her first solid food and she really enjoys it. The only thing that she did not like was the avocado, but we'll give it another try later.

We spent Easter this year with our friend, Graham, in Blackpool. It was very nice and we were lucky again of good weather. Therefore, we did more geocaches; actually I was quite spoiled 2 days, when Will, Graham and Maria went by themselves and I got to rest a for a few hours (thank you, guys!).

The other weekends we stayed around the house, doing gardening, having Grannie Mary and Granddad Peter visiting us.

Every Thursday we meet with Maria's friends, babies which are born within a few weeks of each other.
