Peak District Trip

In June, on Will's birthday, we went for a week in the Peak District. Mum/Grannie Mary and Dad/Granddad Peter joined us for a few days and we had a great time. Here are some pictures from our trip:

Maria and Elsa Spring 2012

April and May have been quiet months, with Will being away in San Francisco at a conference and then, in Germany. At the end of April, we had Matt, Sally and our godson, Francis visiting us. The weekend was full of rain and we got soaking wet when we went for a walk in the New Forest. We did have a lovely time and it was nice seeing them.

Here are a few pictures with the girls in April and May:

Now she did a better job, smiling

Her face expression is quite cute

In May, both girls had chicken pox and it was very unpleasant to see them full of spots. Most of our month was spending time at home and find activities to do inside. I thought I would get them play together and take some pictures and they both loved it.

Maria loves gardening, watering flowers and helping daddy in the garden. As spring came, we started planting our veggies and the sun flowers.

Playing in the garden. Maria is a lovely big sister and Elsa laughs out loud every single time she sees Maria dancing, singing, or being very loud.
